I purchased a JL Audio 500/1 amp from him. Well when I opened the package, one of the fins had been broken off during shipment and a bottom screw holding the bottom plate was knocked off too causing a gap when flipped over. I PM'ed pitbull12887 and notified him of the situation and he asked for pictures. After i sent the pictures, he quickly initiated a partial refund. Awesome guy! Talk about customer service!!!
