Mb Quart RCE 216 Hertz coax

I have a pair of MB Quart's RCE-216 (60w rms 130w max) and a pair of Hertz's 5.25" coax(50w rms 100w max) and the amp for them is a JBL GTO75.4 rated at 104w x 4 @4ohm. My question is What wattage should I give to each pair without blowing them?

The quarts are 130 RMS :fyi: so they'll be fine. Quart doesn't publish max specs. I don't know about the hertz speakers, though
