birch is lighter than MDF, wasent there something else thats lighter than birch?
need 3/4", prally just 1 sheet.
also, whats the weight of a 4x8 sheet of 3/4" mdf, 3/4 birch, and 3/4 of whatever that other wood is called?
trupan or something? i cant remeber the exact name.
also, where can i get it, and how much is a sheet?
good to build boxes with?

balsa wood???? trupan ultralight. do a yahoo search and you should find the US distributor who can tell you what local lumber yard can get it. I pay $50 a sheet for it...
