Anyone with the radio actually have it display your RPMs correctly?

Mine is somewhat accurate under 2000RPM anything above that it just stays around 1800.

i have the 7800 and the rpm thing does not work well with my scion tc.

Did you set it with 4k or 2k? Its supposed to be more accurate when set @ 4k. I haven't tried it out on my 9800BT yet.

Tis a fancy deck feature, it does work...... but obviously tis nowere near 100% accurate same as the pioneer VPD

I tried 4k in park and 2k in park and it was all the same. Then tonight I thought that it might work better to set it while I was driving so I held my RPMS at 2k while crusing and set it and it did nothing.

i tried it with the 2k and 4k setting and it's still way off. even the manual says it might not work well on some cars. so i just don't use it.
