OK so Im looking for a head unit that's focusing on sound quality. From my understanding some higher end systems are affected by what head unit you have. So I'm looking for something around the $500 range that's going to give me exactly that but I don't want something that plays movie DVDs and is at the most 1.5 DIM. The last thing that i would really need is a USB hook up for my Zune. Suggestions? :confused: Thanks!

Thanks, I was looking at that one before. I think Alpine could have done a better job making it look cool and they should have built in that usb but I did some research on it and that head unit is more than likely going to be the one i get. So what would be good Competition for the Alpine CDA-9887?

The Kenwood 890x comes with a USB thing. My brother one uses it with a mini USB HD.
