well today i made a box for my re se 15 that should be here some time this week
3.5 cubic feet 25W x 15.5H x 24L 3.5 inch port tunede to a little over 34 according to the re calculator

i think your going to need to use some seriously silicon to get that top piece to sit flush lol

Um, take that out and re-screw the lid. You are going to have some major leaks from what I can see. Silicone II is a must in your situation.

i didnt put the top on because i knew it would fit in the car i had to sand down a spot where the seatbelt goes because it was to high

what tool did you use to cut the wood, A jig saw maybe?

i used a POS delta table saw at first then i said F it and used and craftsman circular saw

The reason I asked is because your port looks like it has a ripple in the edge and that could cause some nasty port noise if not taken care of

even screwed down, that top lid is like 3/8" off...

oh man this thread is going to get jacked up real quick lol

well im not perfect and like i said all it needs is a little sanding and it will be good
