what does hz and khz do and how do i adjust them
Bass Band Width Adjustment (Q): 4 choices (1 =wide, 4 =narrow) hi pass filter: 60/80/100/200Hz (Selectable)
Treble Center Frequency: 10k/12.5k/15k/17.5kHz (Selectable)
Crossover: Off/80Hz, 120Hz, 160Hz (12dB/oct)

bass band width: this should affect how wide of a frequency band (bass in this case) gets affected. for instance 1 being the widest should mean the maost bass frequencies get affected. I would assume a 40hz range, so like from 50hz to 90hz. 4 or narrow would have the opposite affect. like adjusting only a 10hz range like only the 80hz band or something.
hi pass filter: this will be the cut-off point where the bass will stop, usually to the main speakers connected to the HU's built in amplifier. It shouldnt affect the subwoofer output, but it may affect the front or rear outputs. the 60hz setting should stop most of the bass sound below that hz setting. so 50, 40, 30, 20 and so on. if 80 is selected 70, 60, and so on are stopped. this trend continues. this is helpful when using smaller speakers that distort when bass heavy music is played.
treble center freq: this settign controlls what band is boosted or cut. like if you wanted to adjust the treble at 10khz select that one. alll others apply.
crossover: this is most likely a low-pass crossover, which is the exact opposite if a high-pass crossover. this will filter out all frequencies above the selected band. so if 80 were selected; 90, 100, 110, 120, etc all the way up will be blocked. this is useful when using subwoofers that are only able to play the lower frequencies in music.
hope this helps.
