hmm.. i bought a ps3 controller and NFS:Carbon for $45 shipped. Paid him on the 4th of August... and still have not recieved anything.

He PMs me this on the 13th:

They didn't give me one at the post office...... I just sent out the game and the USB cord yesterday...... I've tore my house and car upside down looking for the controller and all I can figure is that someone stole it, so I'm going to have to refund a portion of your money.....whatever you think is fair.

and so i said fine thats ok.. and just refund me back my $20 for the lost controller... havent heard from him since...

What should i do??? its been 16 days.. and no items or money.. :crap:

pm ngsm13 for his number (he should have it). i've met him (went to college) with him. and he's a good guy.

well if hes truely a good guy.. and the reason for not sending the items is cuz theres some sort of problem.. then i can understand.. but he could atleast pm me back something... and in addition, if he really shipped out the game and cord.. it must of gotten lost or something.. cuz i have not recieved anything..

PMed Vapor and took care of the money...... there was bad floods up north and I've been there helping my parents and didn't have internet access.

iv met him also and he did my install...hes a legit guy.
