Whats going on?

Is it normal for Belunt to reply for like three days straight and then all of a sudden not hear from him for a while? Ive seen his work and its great so i had him build me a box. I talked to him about what i wanted for a few days. Then i sent payment, never got a confirmation, also had others things still to figure out about the details of the box and now it has been since Monday with no reply. I know its not a long time or anything but he talked to me even that day up until i sent the money. This box was going to turn out sweet and now i dont even know whats going on.

**** the longest i heard of was 4 months. Well my credit card company is crediting me my money back. There are about 10 others waiting.
