So far everything has been worked out.
Too make it a short story:

Dewitt has been more than helpful...MOST of th problems were with FED EX, & not Dewitt.

As of now I can NOT give bad feedback on WCCLR(Dewitt).........I thought it was all Dewitt, but most of the problems were coming from FED EX.
