The first is the width in mm (25.4 mm = 1 ")
The second is the profile. It is the percentage of the width that equals the height of the tire on each side of the wheel.
The third is the wheel size.
205/65/15 is the tire
205 / 25.4 = 8.0
8.0 x .65 = 5.2
5.2 x 2 = 10.4 (Since there is a profile on each side of the wheel)
10.4 + 15 = 25.4 tall
So the tire is 25.4 x 8 x15
its about a half an inch difference between the two, so without knowing any of the vehicle specifics, id say yes?
