well u dont have to buy it, its really easy to make. you just need a basic chemistry set along with some various chemicals

I'm sure they do, email them and see. Only other place I've heard people getting them from is the member ToxicTuan (may be totally wrong on that though).
ROE just removed them from the storefront.
