This is my first time designing a box, I used the tutorial in the sticky

here's what I got

*note : I rounded the depth off so things might be a bit out of whack, but if it's a lot I would like to know

================================================== ==============

internal width : 28.5 in LxH = 456 in^2
internal height : 16 in
internal depth : 18.75 in

external width : 30 in
external height : 17.5 in
external depth : 20.25 in

port width : 3.5 in
port height : 16 in
port area : 56 in^2
port length : 33.25 in
port displacement : 1.31 ft^3

tuning : 33hz
internal NET volume : 3.5 ft^3
internal gross volume : 5 ft^3
subwoofer displacement : .19 ft^3

Cuts :

top/bottom : 30 x 20.25 in (2)
left side : 20.25 x 16 in
right side : 18.75 x 16 in
front : 25.75 x 16 in
back : 29.25 x 16 in
port1 : 15.25 x 16 in
port2 : 13 x 16 in

to better illustrate my cuts, here's a picture of how it should all line up, the boards will be put together as shown

looks fine, tuning looks ok, and you have enough port area for the volume of the enclosure, I don't see anything wrong so far.

anybody kind enough to actually recalculate the tuning and volume to double check? At first glance a lot of boxes can look fine. When I first attempted to build a box I accidentally mounted the port on the wrong side of the box, it was only a half inch off, but it made the box like 1.2 cubic feet smaller and tuned 3/4hz higher lol
