you really need more space to port these subs properly but I put a design together. Because of the limited space I could not get the tuning under 40hz.
External Dimensions: H:15", W:33", D:19".
Port: H:13.5", W:4", D:24". You will have to bend the port once the total length reaching 15", 14.25" internal, and take it the other 9" through the box.

I did a box for a guy on here several months back. 3.5^3 @ 34Hz for a 90's Grand Am. Slid it through the rear seat opening. Got pretty loud off a Vibe amp.

I'll have to see if I have the specs saved at home, working right now...

this may help you, it's as close to the dimensions you provided that i could get, hope this helps some. you can adjust the frequency to fit your needs, but keep in mind that this is the smallest recommended enclosure for those subs. [1.75 cubes each]

If it works out good let me know.

Couldn't find the exact one I built for that guy a while back, but this is about as close as you'll get to your specs:

http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp?Ew=33&Eh=15&Dia=6&Xmax=11.5&Vd=.08&NumW=2&Vb=3.5&Fb=34&Qts=&Vas=&Fs=&CE=0

I know for sure his box was 3.5@ 34Hz and it got loud and he was quite happy with it. SQ wasn't the greatest, but I don't think CVR's are known for sounding good anyway...
