The speed is 7200 rpm and the interface is ata/100.

No CDS will be included

i have cleaned it up other then those programs listed. other then having those programs it is restored back to factory

Doesn't come with CDs but you have the Org. OEM or Retail CD Keys for the products? and if you have registered CS2 have you unregistered for the person that buys it?

Let me know, I'll be interested.

The Photoshop CS2 and Microsoft Office 2007 is what makes it worth some $$$

i know the drive itself new is around 50 dollars but wiht the money i have put into the os and programs i have no idea what to sell it for....this could always be used as a master and then use another for a slave...i just have no use for it as my new hd is big enough.

I am prob. wrong but, i don't think anyone will be able to use all the software because doesn't it get married to your chipset on mb ? Anytime i got a new mb and even cpu i would have to reformat, no ? If i am wrong, I'm sorry.. Not trying to dump.. I mean i'm sure you can extract some things but the os would be useless..

I am NOT 100% sure.. I do know, it would work if the buyer has exactly the same computer for instance, store bought like hp,dell etc... So you may want to post what kind of comp. and model# it is or just sell it as a regular hd.

if the computers arent EXACTLY the same that install of windows wont boot.

Sorry to thread-dump, but if you hook up that HD in another computer good luck trying to boot it up, you pretty much have to reformat if you are switching mobos. Just some thought.

Yea, they are right, if you dont have the exact same chipset in the computer you are installing this HDD in it will not boot windows, granted these programs get kinda pricey. You would prolly have better luck formatting the HDD and trying to sell it as hardware unless you have the original disk's and keys for all of these programs. that would make it worth what your asking. I'm not dumping your thread one bit, If you can find the disk's that these programs go with you will more then likely get your asking price. :D

If you have a Windows XP Install disc, you can repair the MBR and NTLDR and it should be able to boot. If not, just plug it in as a slave drive and you should be able to use PS CS2 and MS Works still. I do that all the time when I have files that are too large for DVD's and my Zip drives. I don't think there would be any problem, but I also don't stand firmly by that.

If your gonna sell it with illegal stuff on it you might as well make it **** or movies:)

Otherwise format it and sell it for what it is worth, which is about $20
