copy and pasted from the linked thread:

haha.. everyone forgot you were asking about components after seeing your sub set up.

you're obviously going to need something wicked to keep up with those.
>insert common question< what is your budget?

rainbow/focal/cdt probably has what you are looking for. I'll vouch for the focals being able to match wicked mids/highs with those.

I'm sure someone else will vouch for the cdts and rainbows.

heck - maybe look at the Image Dynamic horns.

Whatever you get needs to be able to get extremely loud and clean to keep up with your subs.

Focals are nice, some other guy asked about em too on a different thread today, all of their lines are good, check ebay they go for good prices on there

i actually plan to get some Focals myself, access line or polyglass for me, other lines are too $$$

i can get em prolly for 200 then and there soo i might do that because i would rather pay the extra 10 to have like a warrenty on them or w/e

What headunit do you have?

If you've got something with the proper processing power, you can go active and your options really expand. You'll have to buy a new 4 channel amp if you don't already have one though.

im gonna be getting a an xtant 4 chan beacause the guy who sold me this set still has one xtant amp left soo i might be jumping on that and i have an alpine cda-9856 head unit

Instead of buying two sets off access or polyglass take the money and get these:

http://cgi.ebay.com/165W-FOCAL-UTOPIA-GREAT-CONDITION_W0QQitemZ270126142193QQihZ017QQcategoryZ 18799QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

$650 - awesome price even if they are used. The guy did have a couple negative feedbacks though.

or if you are looking for 3 way get these polykevlars:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Focal-165K3P-Component-or-165K2P-w-165KBE-6-5-woofer_W0QQitemZ270126138636QQihZ017QQcategoryZ328 19QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

edit: not the 3 ways I thought but still good.
