stopping creaking

my door panels (03 vw passat) have started this uber annoying creak, like when i lean on it or pull on the handle it creaks, is there anyways to get rid of it? i was thinking maybe lube haha?

or a white grease if its getting sprayed where u cant see it check if theres any screws or bolts that may need tietining to
