im building a box for 2 kicker l7's 12"
would it be better to make it were each sub is in its own box or have them in the same box?
ported or sealed?
i dont know how to get the best sound out of my subs?
and i dont know how to figureout what size box i need

how much air space do they need? then you can figure how big the box need to be

um mind explaining a little more im a bit of a nub
i have no clue what u mean by go 5-5.25 cubes? thanks for the help if u wouldnt mind explaining though....
and i want this setup to be loud as in people hear me coming if that helps any Thanks!

for 2 12's u go 2 to 2.5 cubes each which = 4-5 cubes however L7's like bigger boxes so i would go around 5 cubes but thats just me dont go over 5.25 cubes tho. i really wouldnt go under 4 cubes either

i dont understand where this is going. explain what vehicle you have and the type of space you have to put this thing in.

ok i have a 96 chevy ext. cab truck and i dont want to remove my back seat so im building a custom console that runs down the middle of the truck and im gonna put the subs in it... so i need someone to help me design a box thats 12x12x48 inches and is tuned to 34hertz .. i also need the port coming out of the end of it on the bottom.. and the subs comin out the top if this helps any

I can do that for you.
it will be a tad on the small side, seeing as how you have well under 4 cubes gross to play with.

total of 55.5 " length i believe but notice i cant go 12 high in the front or the back so its gonna be close maybe help me with designing the port? i would like for the port to shoot the under the rear seat
