I'm asking $1,200 + shipping for this. though if you live within about 5 hours of Pittsburgh, PA i'll just drive it down to your house for some gas or whatever.

sorry that i'm new to this. i would just rather sell this on here then on ebay.

Willing to part it out?

wow, that powersupply is a bit weak for that setup. I gurantee you would get more performance out of that if you had a better psu.

good computer, very good computer, wouldn't say amazing ;) , but very good.

i'd rather just keep it whole. i need to get rid of the whole thing and i know i'd be stuck with some minor parts afterwords.

Yea i may be intrested in some parts. You should check ur drivers and settings my Aquamark score is 130,000 and i only have a 8800gts 320mb ur card is way way faster and should get better then that.

if you wanna sell it in parts, ill take 1 gig of the ram if its DDR2 800 PC2 6400

JLB4est
04-24-2007, 07:02 PM
i'm really trying not to part it out. i figure at most all that people would buy would be the ram, video card, processor and possibly the mother board. theni'd be stuck with parts that i couldn't sell.

u might be bale to sell the whole thing just by parting it out. I would take the Video card/ Case/powersupply if the price was right. Some1 would def take the ram and just sell the cpu/mobo together.

crappy score, I got 120k with an X1950XT

someone needs a format and some knowledge

1950xt is a better card in my opinion.

Its a good system, but as stated, not amazing. Guy on my local craigslist was selling a dual opteron 2.2 system with 4gb or ram, 3 redundent powersupplies and a pretty nice video card (no 8800, but was good) with 7XXgb of hard drive for 1k.

Comps are not worth much anymore. Amazing to me right now would most likely be quad core (i have software that can utilize it currently if I'm willing to pay for the license) 8gb ram, 10k drives etc.

Still a good system.

maybe the X1950XTX, but not the X1950XT.

even then the 8800GTX is a beast. much better then two X1950XTX's in Crossfire.

i bought a 7950GT in november, the 8 series wasnt even out yet, and the thing is already obsolete, i dont even try to keep up anymore, i just needed a pci-e card, theres not really a game out there right now that would even require an 8800gtx

Crysis demo?

FSX is pretty demanding with all of the eye-candy I love to have enabled at 1600x1200....

posting negative comments in someone elses thread is never a positive thing

if you really were trying to help him you could have pm'ed him your opinions and suggestions instead of publicly suggesting in HIS thread that his rig ***** and is virus infested

although that wouldnt make you the instant internet hero with the coolest video card evar like you are now

good luck selling the pc, parting it will take a little more time, but you may end up getting more money out of it

again with this?? my X1950XT is far from the best. I bet if you put that card in my system I could do about 190k easy.... he needs to do some tweaking/driver searching/badware removal.

again with what?

i dont give a **** about your video card or what you could get, the point is your an asshat for using his FS thread to bash his system and hurt possible sales

if you were truly trying to help a pm would have been the way to point out why his scores are low and why your pc **** is twice the size of his

if you are too stupid to understand that then i don't think he should take any advice from you

here is what you posted:

here is what a helpful person would have posted:

those scores look kinda low, try searching for new drivers and those scores should improve. also scan for spyware and viruses as they can hinder your cards performance as well

do you see the difference or are you still blind?
