People aren't going to make detailed box plans for you, at least not for free. I suggest doing some reading of the stickies in the enclosure design forum. There is a topic that explains in great detail how to calculate every measurement of a ported box.

ok i designed my box with the Re Lport software and i am planning on putting the sub on top and the port in the front.......the top piece is 19'' wide.....will that be enough for the 16.75 cut out hole and then mounting????
