Tint prices

I was wondering what a decent price would be to get my 4-door explorer tinted. I called a shop that I heard was pretty good and they said 300.:crap:
Should i just go for it, or keep looking?

My uncles over there in mandeville. I got my jeep tinted 20% all the way around and it was about 175 with a lifetime warranty. Id say 300 is kinda high

prices at the shop i go to are 180 for a 2 door 200 for a 4 door and 20 for the top of a windshield. if your explorer had another full size window behind the door it might be another 20 bucks

when i tinted my 97 explorer, also 4 door, i paid 180 for all windows, stripping the 2 front windows (old tint) AND tinting the entire windshield. ive spent almost 400 and i have 2 layers all around, one layer on the windshield, and a glare strip. deff do not pay 300. lol

My 2 door was 150, was quoted for a regular 4 door car its usualy 180(from the most reputable shop up here). Then another place was charing $240 to do what I got for 150 and didn't do as good of work... Depends on the are and the place I guess. $300 seems high, but then again it IS an SUV... I would say $250 at the very most is borderline reasonable

tint at zeibart here in lansing michigan is 55 or 60 dollars a window, regardless of size, and percent. I got my s10 done ( back three were already factory tinted ) 18 % and it cost me like 90 dollars after tax. But they raised their prices a little bit.

i paid 200 for tints on my mercury GM. that was including the top strip on front windshield.

basically bigger windows=more film=more work=more money

I paid $175 for 5% all around (sedan) and an extra $75 for the windshield (35%).

X2. I paid $90, all the way around. Firehouse discount though. Regular price would have been $120, which is till a lot less than what most of these other guy's are paying.

i paid 160 for my tint on my pathfinder.lifetime and did limo on all windows except the 2 fronts.
