Blowthrough questions........

1. How would you guys suggest the enclosure be fitted to the bed? Bolted.....? How would you do this to ensure as little rattling etc as possible ?

2. Would there be any need to worry about the bed bending or breaking the enclosure considering it is made out of 3/4mdf?

3. How big do you suggest the blowthrough hole from cab to bed to actually be ?

Any info or suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

also, how would you make the box flush with the bed when inserted since the rubber accordian boot will connect to the bed but......hmmm, I guess just conect it to the box itself but, how exactly..?
