Been busy as hell lately. Still in the process of getting the proper tools, stocking up with all the materials and everything. So right now, its not a lot of money in my pocket. But its on its way. :yumyum:

What kind of router bits do you have? That close up of a bullnose (roundover) looks cleaner than I've ever seen. Nice work, keep updating pics.

They are porter cable bits, if you meant what brand. Trupan routers incredibly easier. MUCH easier than regular MDF. A lot of trim carpenters around here just call it "Routable board."

You have a link were I could see some of this trupan. I've heard you talk about it from time to time but I've never heard of it or seen it before.

Also what makes it easier to cut?? Does it have a lower density then MDF??

And as always, your work = top notch!

Scroll down 3/4 of the way, there is some info about Trupan. I dont know where you would have to go to get it. We sell it where I work, so thats why I use it. Plus its tons lighter and routes/cuts much easier.

I have read that its easier to cut and stuff because there is much much less formaldehyde in Trupan vs. MDF. This will also make it a lot safer to work with.

3/4" 49"x145" Premium MDF

Oooo 4' x 12'!!!!!!!

That would be sweet!!!

I'll have to ask about it next time I go and buy some more MDF. Thanks for the link man. Also is it cheaper or more expensive then normal MDF??

No problem.

Its much more expensive. Right about double per sheet of 4 x 8.
