I'm trying to install new speakers for my 99 Altima. Is it best to go 2 way in the back and 3 way in the front? Or will something else sound better? I already purchased Infinity 6012si (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-BZVPzWfssFr/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=400&I=1086012SI), but I'm not sure what to do with the front. I was thinking these Kenwoods (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-BZVPzWfssFr/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=400&I=113KFC1739), since they have such good reviews, but I don't know if I should trust them? I have an Alpine DVA-9860 head unit if it matters. Or should I just get Infinitys all around.

If you're going to use coax, get pioneer revs.

PS: More than 2 way in coax is useless

So should I just get 4, 2 ways?

Correct.

In all aspects.

Here's a link to the Pioneer REV's...

Excellent sounding speakers, nothing can touch them for that price.

ya know, Ive heard theyre awesome and this and that... but do they need an amp, or do they sound good on HU power? Hows their bass/midbass response?

Very efficient speakers too.

Did a pair for an ex g/f off the HU, with a sealed MDF spacer ring in the front doors.

Sound great.

Think I'm going to do a set for the fronts in my commuter car...

You think the sound would be okay with the infinities in the back and the REV's in the front?
