Hello Everyone,

My name is Alex. This is my first post on CA.
I recently found this website and see its an excellent resource for high end car audio information and reviews.

I have searched the forums archives but was unable to find what I was looking for.
I read good things about companies like Crystal, Rainbow, Focal, ect.

Are there any car audio speaker manufactuers in the USA the offer component sets?

Currently I have an Arc 1500DR amp that I will be mating with a TC3000 sub.

TIA

I don't know... most everything is made offshore... or in the process of moving.

I know Credence still makes subs in kentucky... used to make JL and Kicker.

Fosgate used to have a speaker company in the U.S. for their subs... they make components... but I would be surprised if they are made here.

Eminence makes pro speakers... I think for a short time they may have made the mid for Adire Audio component set, but I'm not positive.

The audio world seems to be mostly made up of Asian chrome these days :D

Appears that CDT Audio is made in California. Any others?

that is false.

American companies are out there. They just dont have 'made in the U.S.' products.

CDT is made in Germany and Denmark. TC Sounds makes their stuff in house. Image Dynamics does too. JL builds their high end subs in house. Most everything else is built offshore. The good components are built in Europe. Most electronics are built in China (Taiwan or mainland).

:D

Don't think he could fit a set of MMG's in his doors though.

There is some audio equipment "assembled" in the USA, but nearly everything is manufactured overseas these days.

Credence is coming out with new lines under its own name. One line (the "R" series) should be available very soon and another line (the "S" series) should be available by mid year.
