Yea you can see some seams, it's virtually invisible in person, the pictures really bring it out. Anyways, it's on the side, which you cannot see anyway you mount of the box.

What method did you use to carpet this?

kicker06
02-04-2007, 11:43 PM
Lay and spray.

I did the sides last, and sprayed a side, rolled it over, sprayed a side etc... then did the seams on the sides and back.

There wasn't any "method".

Make sure when you cut to use a straight edge, and SHARP knife or shears.

Also, stretch the carpet when you apply it. And after gluing the carpet on the box, use a roller to make sure the carpet is flat.

The "method" kicker described was basically how i did all my boxes. Lay, spray, roll it over. But on my new box its gonna be alot tougher

I do not "make" boxes for other people as I definatly do not have the time, but private message "bjfish11" on this site. He makes AMAZING boxes and for a good price too.

His website is http://fishercustoms.com/

Give me a PM and he'll build you a really nice one!

Partexpress.

I ordered 3 yards and I still have some left over (about 3/4-1' yard). 5 Yards is alot, but should cover what you need.

Try doing that method with 2 15 cubic foot enclosures..... I used an entire roll of 80" wide carpet.
