15" BL SketchUp Models. Pictures. Help!

Anyways, these are some of my models for a 15" BL.

Both models are right around 4cuft, tuned to 32hz with 60-65" of port.

I need the proper dimensions for the Model #2's port. I do not know how big the port should open, or long it should be? Can someone help me out?

Dimesions of box are 28" deep, 29" wide and 14" high. Want it tuned around 32hz.

Theres no different way in calculating the port length for that kinda of port...just height and width. And judging from the first box, you already know how to calculate port length.

I was in the same situation as you where I was having to decide between both of those designs.

I went with the 1st design you posted, but have the sub mounted on the front of the box where the port is.

I really want to try a CRX style box one day.

If I get some free time I may build a CRX box to test my 18" BTL in.

I would like a box like number 2 put just can not get the port right.
I wonted the sub at the front and the port on top fireing out the boot in to the car
