I am wondering it would be better to not use the manufacturers recomended box specs, or are they the best to use ?

Here is the specs
</b> Notice that there are sealed box suggestions</b>

What is the best as far as the sealed box goes ? what does low QTC mean ? would it be the better size of enclosure for the best output ? Or whatever a low QTC would do to bennefit the output.
