making it sealed again

my sealed box for my kicker L7 has somewhat lost it's amount of seal. I was wondering what can I use to re-seal the inside seams? Also, can I use that same sealer for the screws? I just want to ensure my box is sealed as best as possible.

either or, doesnt really matter, just pick up some clear silicone at the hardware store
