Trying to fit in a 9510 in my new single cab truck got some measurements and I'm trying to fit in a 2cubic foot box. Could I do it with these measurements? I have a picture of behind the seats and the extra room I have becasue of the center console. The width of behind the seats is 58". From the floor to the bottom of my window is 23". And from the back and bottom to the seat is 14" and gets to 5" from the headrest to the back. That last measurement is hard to explain.http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i142/whall512/truckspace011.jpg

07 ford f150. Thats with the seats scooted up a little. I could live with it no problem. Could go forward a little more with the passenger. Heard the best way for a single cab was to put the sub at the corner behind the passenger and run the box all the way to the other corner and put the port behing the driver. That way you use the whole cab.

Maybe you could use the wedge box calculator in the link? Dont know if it'll help, but worth a shot.

I would go with an aero port and put it at the bottom of the box so that you can use 1 maybe 2 4 inchers

I think I could do it if I ran it from side to side becasue i have 58" from side to side but I wanted to build a rack to but my box on bc I have to fit an orion2500 and a battery down there too. Thought I might post this to see if anyone could help me out on it.

Might be a lil hard to fit the box , amp rack, and another bat behind the seat. I would start with the box an amp rack and jus through a kinetik 2400 under the hood;)

what about my alternator?? i dont think it would like that how many amps does my alt have to be to handle that? Keep in mind theres not one thing thats power in this truck for that exact reason. Everything is going to my system :up2somet:

There's some box designs, maybe they will work, maybe not, but there's my 2 cents :)

cool. Thanks I might have to do that. Looks like a simple plan, but what are the dimensions of taht? I'd like to double check to make sure I have the space.

You could fit a tied up cheerleader in there.

48" wide
23" tall
14" bottom depth
5" top depth

and assuming 0.75" mdf gives you 4.62ft^3 of internal space to work with.

set it up like this:

http://www.ddaudio.com/dd/caraudio/enclosureInfo/boxMiniTruckSingle10.asp

except with your measurements. you should be able to get 2ft^3 ported without much of a problem.

Yeah I got that link and I like that setup. Not too compicated and should still give me enough space for amp/battery. Thanks for your help guys

I heard those cvx have smooth bass but powerful too. My cousin has two solobarics in his single cab i havent heard his system yet but i'm sure those two cvx will fit snug. When you get em' let me know how it sounds bud.
