cut out for maw 15?

Anyone know the cutout size for a maw 15"? their site say mounting diameter is 14", so is that the cutout? dont want to screw this up, and there was nothing that came with the sub as far as specs go. thanks.

thanks, thats what i figured, but better to be safe than sorry, know what i mean.
going to cut it now, then all that is left is to caulk it, dry it, then install it.
