FS: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ and Gigabyte mATX motherboard for $200 in San Diego

I might be selling off my mobo and cpu so I can upgrade. I might be willing to ship, but you'd have to explain how I'd be able to ship it. This is the first computer I've built, so I don't know or even want to take apart the stock heatsink from the cpu. I do have all the original packaging. I built this setup just FIVE weeks ago when I bought it on black friday at Fry's. It's all in excellent condition and the cpu has never been overclocked.
