Premier DEH-p780mp display problem

I went to use my radio today and the display isnt working. Everything else on the faceplate works, except the display?

Any suggestions to the problem?

make sure the face plate is put in properly, sometimes u have to push it in firmly so it reads the brain of it.

My friend and I had the same problem. Does anyone know if this happen often with any Premier?!

Here in Brazil we don't have any support for this HU. :furious:
