Stupid comp. question

I dont know to much about component sets. My question is when the say it is a 4 ohm setup,is it 4 ohm final or each 6.5 and tweet are both a 4ohms and will have a 2 ohm final load?

4 ohm final is normal. there might be some weird *** sets out there but typically they are 4 ohm final
