Your port needs to be slanted on the inside corner also.

Your chocking out the airflow.

Original W6s or V2? The originals want a huge ported box tuned really low for max flat response. The enclosure you have speced there is going to give you a huge response peak at about 35hz. It will also not be able to handle much power. With about 750 watts applied, you'll reach Xmax above tuning. You'll also need a subsonic filter set in the mid 20hz region to keep low notes from killing the driver entirely.

A 28 hz tuning would lower the power handling even further, and reduce the efficiency of the box as well. What are the goals of this system anyway?

the corner will be rounded, but other than that, i wouldnt be slanting the corner this time around.

I will take that into consideration in the future tho

That's total. Still have the question, you looking for loud as hell or decent sound? How much power you planning to run?
