Buildin Box For X Mas

well i decided im gonna make a ported box for my brother for a xmas present.
he doesnt have a very nice setup but it does alright for what he listens to. He has one 10" RF P1 sub and i wanted to build him a ported box tuned to something around 32 - 34hz he has a 04 dodge neon im not sure how bit the box needs to be but i just want it too sound nice.
So my question is "Are there any box plans for a 10" tuned to 32hz?"
all i saw where 12" box plans and i wasnt sure if i could use those plans and just cut a hole for a 10 instead of a 12

i think you can just take into account displacement of a 10" sub compared to a 12

Use one of moe's plans, they're empty boxes with just port displacement taken into account.

Bingo, just subtract your sub's displacement though.

Sub displacement is how much volume the sub occupies in the box.

yep a nice black wrapping paper with lollipops on it and real big nice purple bow

im guessing the lil 10" p1 wont have more than .1 displacement. probably around .08 or .07 is my guess

^^ It is indeed a very small sub. I'd account for .1 though just to be on the safe side. It's better to have a lower tuning that you expect instead of a higher one. That is unless you're going for SPL, but with a P1 I doubt it. :)
