I looked on DEI's website and couldnt find any way to contact them about a warranty other than by phone. So I was wondering if this was the case or if there was some other way to contact them.

go to were you bought whatever it is you bought and talk to them or look on the packages. or just click on the contact button here is a link http://www.directed.com/contact/default.asp what are you tryin to have warrenty work done on?

Ive got an old motion sensor laying around thats pretty much shot that I was looking to have replaced or serviced.

they are cheap on ebay i would just buy a new one. and if it is over a year old i dont think they will warrenty it.

peripherals only carry a 1 year from date of purchase. Better off cutting your loses and purchasing a new one.

Thanks for the input..sounds good. Im just gonna go ahead and buy a new one, didnt realize how cheap they were.

most of the periphials are cheap on ebay.
