I got these from a relative for free, she had them lying around for a while and figured I could make use of them. I googled the numbers a while back and found nothing, and as of now they are a complete mystery. Does anyone more knowledgeable than me want to shed some light on the situation, or even just take a stab at what they might be?

It looks like an old Pioneer sealed midrange.

Agreed. I've hooked them up full range and they actually sound pretty decent, I might add them to some three-way home speakers if ever I decide to create some.

Good call! I did some more specific searching for infinity mids and came up with these, strikingly similar and the model number is written in the same format:
