I bought a amp that was being advertised on Sound Buggy. A cosmetically flawed PG Xenon x1200.1. I recieved it yesterday and hooked it up today. No power, no nothing. I swapped it in place of a x600.1 that's still working fine.
I would rant about it at SB but that site seems to be down. The guy is a member here also . Not to mention that I emailed him the address to ship to and it still got shipped to the wrong address.

Maybe get in touch with him 1st. before you give him a bad rap?

My xxv-02A showed up DOA, some amps are just flawed, might not have anything to do with the external 'flaws'

I have contacted him. I haven't had a reply..........yet.

I paid for a working amp so I expected a working amp.

Ok, I checked the shipping info and viola I found a phone number. The member was selling the amp for a friend through his name. The guy then persists to tell me that he had the amp checked before it shipped, and wants me to take it to a shop to have it checked out. I know the amp isn't funtional but I told him that I would and so I'd have proof that it's non-funtional. I hope this works out in the end.

Document every step of the process all the way from the beginning (the item description and what not) to the correspondence, phone calls, e-mails, etc. in addition to any technical matters that the techies find out when they bench it. Then call Judge Judy and you can present all of that information to her. Then you can sit back and watch her rip him a new one AND get to be on TV! (I guess that can be a good OR bad thing depending on the life you live...no offense) ;)

Good Luck!
