which headunits have a subsonic filter on them? or a high pass filter that i can set to like 30 hz?

Most have HPF/LPF (Pioneer, Alpine, Clarion, Eclipse, Kenwood)
Your amp(s) will have the subsonic filter on it (if the manufacturer put one on the amp)

My alpine is very ****, I love it. Way nicer than the POS JVC i've had for over a year.

how much are inline filters? and that would be a second option if i could just get it on a headunit

Hooker Audio has them...They just plug inline with your RCAs

The filter will cost 1/3 the price of a new h/u

You might as well just sell the existing amp and buy a new HU and a new amp with a SSF.
