Well I didn't take any pictures during the build, but here's some almost-complete pictures.

That is one of my old enclosures behind it, and an 18" Concept CSP covered with the blanket...useless POS

I used a 12" Quicktube (sold at Lowes, used for pouring concrete columns.) I did 5 good coats of resin on it, and it's pretty darn solid now. The original plan was to fire the subs up, but I later realized I don't have the clearence to do so. So I am going to be firing them back... I am having Guy0277 make me a couple MDF rings to add extra spacing for the pole vent. As soon as I get those I will finish the box, the plan is to carpet it but I might test it out first as I am not sure how it will turn out; this being the first time I have tried this.
It will house my Premier 3000SPL's, you have probably seen my other build threads for them. I really really love these subs, for the money I have found nothing better.
The box is 4 cubes tuned to 32Hz, and in case you aren't mathletes, a 12" port is 113^2 inches of port :naughty:
I should receive the baffles from Guy0277 by the middle of next week, so I will have an update for you guys around then. I also am awaiting my new amp from MacDaddyMague; a Mmats DH300C.
Questions, comments, concerns?

Yeah, I've done the 8" route when I had my 18" 4HP. Now that was some heavy PVC...
And btw, this port is 35" long

Thanks for the good words guys...
The cutouts will be on the right wall in the first picture. I never actually thought about inverting them, that would have saved me loads of trouble. But I would rather have them mounted normally because I don't have tint and all you would see is two big *** magnets if you glanced in any window...

I hope to put them in tomorrow, I am very happy with how it turned out. If all sounds well then I will pull it out and carpet it to make it a permanent part of the system.
Also got my modded Mmats D300HC amplifier running at half an ohm, and it is WAY louder than my 20.1 ever was; and cost me $300 less :D

Well I just got it in, and all I can say is OMG WOWZERZ!!!11!!
It pounds the lows like I have never felt before, EVERYTHING in the Jeep is flexing now; wipers do a dance, dash gets jiggy wit it, even the steering wheel is bouncin around :D There is like a hurricane coming out of the port, so it is deffinitly not too much port for these bad little subs :)
I am VERY happy with it, only thing I regret is not carpeting it before I installed it :crap:
Oh well... :)

I am inspired by the quick-tube idea. I feel like an idiot for not thinking of something like that.

I can't take credit for the idea, I saw someone else make an 8" port with one of them.
Just be sure to do at least 3 good layers on the exterior of the tube, and at least one inside; that's when it got nice and rigid for me.

The port takes up a lot of room;it's 35" long, 2.2 cubes of displacement:eek:
So it comes out to right on 4 cubes net @ 32Hz.
