i say strap it with 3/16 steel plate on all 4 sides mold it and paint it.if you want to bag it or hydraulics you will be good to go and you want bend the frame worst than it is.

is that the one with the swivel seats in it?it should be clean when you finish it,please take your time with it.yeah when you strap that frame it will add some weight and kinda unbreakable but not unbreakable ,you get what im saying? go on www.layitlow.com and you will see what im talking about.just go under hyraulics and search for frame reinforcement:D

since you from ohio i know there are alot of lowriders( with hydraulics, not airbags) there.just ask one of them to look at there frame or ask them about it and they will tell you.

POR 15 does a good job if it doesn't have to be fully show quality.

Show quality, go with powder coat.

sounds like por 15 is what u should do. it also prevents rust from spreading

por15 is the best finish next to powder coating imo. paint chips, por15 holds hard as hell, and its easy to use. stands for "paint over rust" so no sense in doing the body work/patching on the frame if your going to use it, and not box the frame/wrap the frame.
