the way people suggested here as i see it is something like this...

dreamline, then slc, then germs, then profi or power cs... so where does the cmx stand at?

I would put them between the SLC and germs, although they are not necessairly "better" then the SLC's, just different. With the infamous cal25 tweet and aluminum (i think) woofers, this set is definately going to be heard.
