Kicks would be great but a ib set up.

They are high qts drivers, designed for car use(IB). You can put'm in a kick and they'll be fine, just doesnt force you to seal them. All you need is a solid baffle.

Would they need to be vented into the frame of the car?

that would probably be the best way to do it, you could use an AP membane.
