I heard all lincoln car's have air ride and they go out eventually quick.
I'm asking if this is true because i'm looking into getting a 99 or up, town car executive.

Yes, they do. Airbags are about 2k to fix in most cases. Pain in the ***. However you could do what my friend did when his airbags went out and strut it. He did it by himself in his garage in about a day and says he likes the ride alot better too.

I have an executive, and the air shocks went out maybe 2 years ago. I just went to a place online, and got coil springs for 200 bucs, problem solved. It rides just as smooth too.

i've seen this prob on pre 98 linolns...both the tc and continental...
iOften visit big body forums seems that the <98's have it the worst....and yes you can just swap the bags for springs if it does ever happen on a 98+
