this weekend after i get paid im going to hit up walmart an get some supplies to make an experimental fiberglass box for the first time. if it goes good my friend will probably let me do a bunch of stuff to his truck. yes!:veryhapp:

Good luck man! i just finished my first fiberglassing job. An amp rack. it can be alot of work! just be patient

my friend i was talkin bout has a truck he resently got used an the dashboard has cracks all over it an the previous owner rigged up some wooden arm rest an he wants me to do almost all his interior in fiberglass how long ya think that will take an how much will it cost

I have done 3 so far....................and have 4 more lined up in the shop right now.

not too bad if you already have the existing dashboard and are just 'adding' to it. completely different story if you make a fully custom-from scratch dash. either way, it's a ton of work. i've done both, and i know dbornotdb has too, and he'll say the same

Im just afraid to take my dash out LOL. I start thinking what if i cant get everything hooked up right again.
