By the pins... 20 or 24 pin OR it will saw specifically for Pentiums,s or what not.....

mobo runs a "Socket A" processor

i dont know about the power supply. i think its for pent. 4 mobo's only? i dont know.

never answered the question of the PSU had sata power plugs on it. and yes the PSU will work on AMD if it works on P4 ;)
