Threw down some carpet... not finished yet:

That gaping tub is the back of the sub enclosure... I was GOING to run a flat baffle, but then I realised that would basically take my sweet glossy tub and turn it into teh ****, so I started fleecing up a swoopy front cover:

First Coat of Resin:

Another Coat of resin, with some Profil added to make it a bit more sandable:

The 6"x9" rectangle will get cut out and I'll run a plexiglass window so when the jackasses at the Can/US border want to "open the speaker box" to make sure I'm not smuggling, they can just have a peek.

Batteries give off gases . If it's sealed your okay , if not need to vent outside the car :)

Yeah it's a "sealed" battery. I'm not worried about it.

They actually do that? Why don't they just get dogs to sniff the car so they don't have to do all that manual labor... If they did that to me, I'd turn my **** to full blast when their face is next to my port:laugh:

Yep, had them knock on all the body panels, pull out the creeper and have a poke around underneath as far as they could see (not far, the car's too low to get under), unload all my ***** and look at it, take the speaker out to peek in the box, etc. Granted the car looks like a bit of a suspect vehicle, (esp when it was half primer grey, half black) but still.
