Well i would have to safe its to loud for a couple of SE 12's..;)
i'm actually getting use to it...but there r certian songs that i cant sit in my car
and listen to for 2mins striaght..i can say this....i know its playing well over 130db's daily...i think once i build my new box it will be louder...i'm still thinking of ways to have a lower rolloff and and have it peak atleast 5db's from 30-60hz...but i will see what i can muster up
but dalucifer...i might do wat u suggest and keep the se's and use them in my ht setup....but i might by 2 se12's(hopefully some1 is selling some blown ones)..and have tc recone it the way u suggested:up2somet: :D

omg that 4hp is nooooooooo joke
i cannot believe how deep it was and it got loud at low frequecies....i mean from looking at it with the naked eye u reallly cant see it moving...but it was shaking things down the hallway...thats nutz....i want to try that sub in my ride .i know i dont have the rms power but i have 1400watts easy and if i do the .25ohm for a quick 10secs i could have 2k watts....but anyway....great setup
80
please dont give it up......

What did you listen to?
I'm sure the 4HP is a perfectly competent driver...just not the be-all and end-all people on here tend to think it is :)

What did you listen to?
let just say....20hz was very audible at low volume in a 1.2 sealed box:up2somet:
its really accurate 4 a sub thats capable of getting seriiously loud
i heard notes on sogs i did know were there

My friend has 2 SE's with about 800-1000 to each and they get stupid loud, its in a bandpass, but I am not sure what. They sounded better when he had a ported box tuned at 32hz, but those SE's get **** loud.

the 4hp is a great sub, specially for not having that much xmax, but i wonder what would happen if i had a new xxx or mx in a dorm with a box
my ***** sounds better against the forehead of qtip's girlfriend, and i can bounce that thing at 20 bounces per second..
thats 20hz for those of you not in the in

Behringer may not be the best out there, I sure as hell don't claim it is. But it does its job perfectly well for the pricetag, I don't have any issues with my setup.
Oh and a dcx2496 is ****ing pimp.
