There are a few more things we need to know first.
what kind of vehicle?Trunk or hatchback/SUV?
What subwoofers?
We'll also need the T/S parameters to design a suitable box for your application/vehicle/listening wants and needs.

need some dimensions
and a basic sealed box is 3rd or 4th grade math :)
(LxWxH)/1728 = cubic feet
